The department's sales team makes the initial contact with clients, who endeavour to understand their exact needs and requirements and consequently develop the most personalized proposal possible. During our negotiations we offer exclusive benefits and advantages, as well as flexibility in creating packages, discounts and a variety of payment methods.
For each event, in addition to the operations team we assign a specialist coordinator whose profile and experience is best aligned to the event's respective sector.
Among our main functions, we provide a tailored service to the committee and company organizing the congress. We attentively provide full assistance to guests and speakers, taking care of travel logistics, helping to choose the best services and answering any queries.
Such service is offered prior to the event as well as during, at the event location itself. We can provide a Blumar Support Desk specially set up to meet all customer needs during the event.
